La Limpia

La Limpia
In the Andean indigenous tradition, dis-ease is understood to originate in the energy field that surrounds the body. La Limpia serves as a potent energy-clearing ritual that releases stagnant or heavy energy from the field to clear and restore harmony within your field at the physical, emotional and spiritual layers.
The ritual begins with the platica, a conversation in which you share how you’re feeling, what you are experiencing, and the purpose or intention of your visit. Kate asks questions to connect with your and her healing spirits, who will guide her. She may use oracles, a feather and a candle, or egg readings to gain more clarity, then she proceeds with the rest of the clearing ritual.
Kate works with a rich blend of natural elements, combining plants, flowers, herbs, oils, smoke, fire, breath, eggs, feathers, stones, botanically infused waters (trago), crystals, and other sacred tools, each carrying unique symbolic meaning and energetic potency. She may use other healing techniques, including drums, rattles, bowls, tacuma needles, feathers and Chunta spears. During the final consultation, you will receive a prescription to integrate your Limpia and support further healing.
While shamanic clearing doesn't always result in instantaneous, full physical healing, it sometimes can and is always in service of what’s best for you and your highest good.
There are 11 steps to La Limpia in the tradition to which Kate has been initiated that includes the:

Greetings while performing an energetic scan.
-
