My Approach

I am heart-centered, holistic, integrative and experiential. I'll partner with you holding a safe space for you to discover your unique purpose, develop and strengthen your power and explore where your soul calls you. Over time, you can expect to connect with your true self to experience more fulfillment in your work, deeper connection in your relationships and greater meaning in your life.

We engage in 75 minute sessions where I adapt my approach and 5 Stepping Stones process to fit your unique needs. My style is genuine, direct, honest and empowering. I act as facilitator and guide to support your journey.



Answers to Common Questions I Receive

What’s the Difference Between Coaching and Counseling?

Coaching and counseling are complementary. Both involve partnering to shift states or resolve personal issues. Counseling explores the past, often family of origin issues, with a focus on healing. Coaching picks up were counseling leaves off focused on ascending and moving forward in life.

Are you a Therapist?

No, I am a Coach. While it may be appropriate at times to discuss personal and relational issues in the context of our work, I am not trained as a psychotherapist and do not provide counseling services. Similarly, we may discuss financial issues in the context of financial well being but I do not offer financial advice.

What can I expect working with you?

I ask you questions, give direct answers to your questions and offer my presence and listening to whatever you bring to our sessions. I also assign exercises, readings or things to notice between sessions employing tools I developed or have access to in order to help you get to your core desires. The tools include:
